It is officially out! The Evolution XXXtreme Lightning Roulette live table has hit online casinos with UKGC and MGA licences.
The new version comes with up to 2,000x multipliers, and there are up to 10 Lightning multiplier numbers applied per coup. This is effectively the sequel to one of the most popular roulette games to have hit the iGaming scene. To make a comparison, the original Lightning Roulette title offers 1 to 5 Lightning multipliers per coup and the multipliers are worth between 50x and 500x.
All multipliers are applied once players have placed their bets, and there is an RNG that randomly chooses how many multipliers will become available and their values. For now, Evolution is yet to release a ‘How to Play’ YouTube version of the game, but you will find a teaser on its YouTube channel put up 12 days ago giving us a hint that the game was above to be released.
Today, the official release of Evolution XXXtreme Lightning Roulette Live was eventually revealed on the brand’s Twitter social media channel.
Also, if you are a member of Leo Vegas, 888casino, or William Hill online casinos, you may have already noticed the brand-new live title is already available in the live casino lobbies, which is both the MGA and UKGC licenced versions of the casinos. However, I looked at a few Curacao licenced casinos, such as King Billy, BitStarz, and Slottica, but no sign of the new release here just yet so hold on to your hats because it is on its way.
In essence, players have an XXXtreme version of the original with larger multipliers and with extra 5 multipliers spread across the table, there’s a much higher chance of landing your numbers. However, the rumours that Lightning numbers would also apply to other inside bets such as split bets and street bets are not true, and therefore Lightning numbers still apply to straight bets. For now, the only live roulette title that offers up multipliers on all inside bets is the Playtech Mega Fire Blaze Roulette.
Award-Winning Live Roulette: Evolution released Lightning Roulette in 2018. It was a smash hit from the moment the title hit live casinos and quickly won Evolution the award Innovation in Live Casino at SBC Awards 2018 as well as the Game of the Year at the EGR Operator Awards 2018 event. There is also a deal in place with Light & Wonder (formerly Scientific Games), that is placing the original Lightning Roulette title in land-based casinos.
Where & How to Play XXXtreme Lightning Roulette
XXXtreme Lightning Roulette Live is played out on a European Roulette wheel with a single zero. The traditional inside and outside bets are available. You can see more about Roulette bets here.
Like the original Lightning Roulette, the only difference to regular roulette gameplay is that once you place your bets, an RNG will add random multipliers. In the case of XXXtreme Lightning Roulette Live there are 1 to 10 multipliers that will appear on random numbers on the roulette board. These multipliers can be worth between 500x up to 1,000x. The only way to take advantage of these multipliers and win is if you bet on straight-up bets, so single numbers, as multipliers only apply to the straight bets on the inside of the betting board.
Additional features include a racetrack so you can bet on section of the wheel, and there is also a history board to keep track of past results.
Where to play XXXtreme Lightning Roulette: After taking a look around some of the top online casinos in our casino reviews area, the LeoVegas UK online already has XXXtreme Lightning Roulette in its lobby with min-max bets available between € 0.20 and € 20,000. The game is also available at 888 Casino and William Hill at both the UKGC and MGA licensed versions of the casinos. Bets are available in EUR, NZD, CAD, and more, but not crypto as of yet.
XXXtreme Lightning Roulette is one of the most dramatic and exciting versions of Roulette.
