The second day of the EGR B2B 2021 is now done and dusted, putting an end to the fun event this year. Some of the winners were to be expected, while some took us by surprise. Day 1 of the event, which was held yesterday, left top brands like Evolution Gaming, Netent, and Red tiger leaving with numerous awards. You can read more about the first-day results of the EGR B2B 2021 here.
Like we mentioned earlier, the second day left us surprised as many of the leading names in the industry were unable to get any award. Microgaming, for instance, failed to win in any category, even though it was shortlisted for 4 awards. Other popular names like iSoftBet, Yggdrasil, and Wazdan were also shortlisted but failed to win. However, one brand that seemed to keep up with the expectations we and many other players had was Evolution Gaming. This brand is the owner of both Red-Tiger, and Netent, both of which clinched numerous awards. We can categorically say that the management of Evolution is doing something right, as is very clear in the outcome of this event.
Evolution Clinches the Live Casino Supplier Award Once again!
The competition was stiff with contenders like Ezugi, which is also a brand of Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, TVBET, BetConstruct, One Touch, Playtech, and BetGames. TV. However, Evolution surpassed them all and managed to clinch the Live Casino Supplier of the year award for the 12th year in a row! This was no easy feat as all the other contenders consisted of highly capable brands. However, as stated by the Judges, Evolution still remains a clear leader in the industry full of innovation and glamour!
Other Notable Winners
Fortunately, there were other notable mentions on day 2 of the EGR B2B 2021. Playtech was able to win the Aggregator platform award, while Relax Gaming was awarded the Innovation in mobile award.
