Today, we bring you the news that Playtech Live has launched its first live bingo game – Mega Fire Blaze Lucky Ball.
Now, many of you might have heard of Mega Fire Blaze before and that is because it is a series of titles that offer the Mega Fire Blaze bonus round. Playtech has used it across RNG table games, video slots, and more recently on live games such as Mega Fire Blaze Roulette and Blackjack.
Well, now it makes an appearance in this excellent live bingo game that could award you a max win of 2,500x your stake. Those rewards come from those three bonus rounds which really add an exciting twist to the standard game of bingo. If you play video slots, you’ll find the bonus rounds extremely similar to the Hold & Win bonus mechanic used in countless slot games.
The Latest of Some Good Recent Releases: We have been lucky in recent weeks to see a raft of new live casino releases. Pragmatic Play launched the excellent Snakes and Ladders live gameshow last week while Evolution released the long-awaited sequel to Crazy Time, Funky Time. By the way, you can read all about the latter via our news post covering the release of Funky Time.
How Mega Fire Blaze Lucky Ball Live Works
Mega Fire Blaze Lucky Ball is a live casino bingo game that has a lucrative bonus feature bolted on. Essentially, you can bet on 1 to 8 bingo cards and between 1 and 3 bonus rounds. We will dive into the latter in more detail shortly, but for now, let’s focus on the core mechanics of the base game.
The bingo cards have a 4×4 grid, which means 12 sections on each. An RNG determines the numbers from 1 to 60 that appear on each card. When the round starts, they draw 20 from 60 numbered balls through an air machine. Any numbers on your cards automatically get marked as the balls get revealed. If you complete lines on your card either vertically, horizontally, or diagonally, you receive a payout. For each line you complete, you win 4 to 1.
Pro Tip: I recommend you place a bet on all cards and bonus rounds. Just make sure you play at a stake that suits your bankroll and follows you to play many rounds. The more cards you have, the more chance you have of your bankroll ticking over. Plus, by covering the bonus rounds, you will always qualify when they come around meaning you could land a bumper payout.

Mega Fire Blaze Bonus Rounds & Lucky Balls
What differentiates Mega Fire Blaze Lucky Ball Live from traditional bingo games is the Lucky Balls. Before each round starts, 11 numbered are randomly assigned as Lucky Balls. If these form part of a completed line, they boost your payouts. If one Lucky Ball helps to complete a line, you win 9:1. If two, it is 19:1, and three and four will give you 44:1 and 99:1, respectively.
As for the bonus round, this comes in when the Lucky Balls complete the lines on the bonus cards at the bottom of the screen. There are the Major (up to 120x), Grand (up to 700x), and Mega (up to 2,500x) Bonus Rounds/Cards, respectively. For the Major, you need to land three of the numbered Lucky Balls while both the Grand and Mega require 4 apiece.
When these cards fill up, the specific bonus round is triggered. Now, these games look and play like Hold & Win bonus features on video slots. Essentially, multipliers drop past empty segments of a grid. These grids are different sizes depending on which bonus you trigger. There are three respins and these will reset each time a new multiplier lands. The game ends once you have used all your respins. At the end of the round, you and all other qualifying players win the combined total of the multipliers that land. Of course, if it is the Mega Bonus, it is possible to land combined multipliers of up to 2,500x your stake!
Worth a look? I definitely think that fans of bingo games will definitely want to check out Playtech’s first live bingo game. You have other options such as Evolution’s hugely popular Mega Ball, but Mega Fire Blaze Lucky Ball Live has something that title doesn’t, bonus rounds!
