If you are familiar with the Livecasinocentral aggregator reports, you already know what’s coming. However, new readers are always connected to the site, so here’s a quick overview.

Casino aggregator platforms are companies that offer operators a ready-made online casino platform. All the operator needs to brand the website, choose the software providers and games for the casino lobbies, and then add promos. There is a little more to it, but that’s the general gist of it.

In this latest aggregator news report, SOFTSWISS and Soft2Bet are the centre of attention. Both online gambling platform solution providers are responsible for at least 15 of the 100+ live casino reviews currently reviewed on the Livecasinocenral live dealer platform tests.

SOFTSWISS and SoftBet platforms are notorious for their adaptation of cryptocurrency betting and multiple foreign currencies across the globe. Plus, each company behind the software is geared up so operators can apply for licensing from the Malta Gambling Authority (MGA) and Curacao Master licensing certifications.

Live Casino on Aggregator Platforms: Each platform has made deals with Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Playtech, and many of the other top live dealer platforms and game suppliers.

SOFTSWISS AI Implementations Prove to be a Valuable Asset

Many of us are worried about artificial intelligence taking over. Even Sam Altman has dispelled theories claimed by experts that AI will enhance worker productivity. In a recent interview, he said that it would cause colossal displacement in the future. Not something I want to hear as a journalist/writer, and I am sure many of you out there feel the same way.

One company that is taking full advantage of AI tech is SOFTSWISS. The casino and sportsbook aggregator platform supplier’s website recently highlighted how it uses AI.

  • Anti-Fraud: AI’s ability to analyse vast amounts of data meant that the SOFTSWISS anti-fraud team could save its customers €16 million last year. The number of requests processed by the tech was a massive 61,810.
  • R&D: The current anti-fraud system is primarily thanks to leveraging machine learning to auto-detect suspicious activity. At this point, the fraud team takes a closer look.
  • BM3 Tool for Platform Enhancement: A BM3 tool that uses AI can detect potential or current system issues on client platforms. Ultimately this prevents downtime, so players continue to experience a high-quality gambling entertainment experience. Although not mentioned in the SOFTSWISS report, I would also assume this saves person-hours for the 24/7 customer services team.
  • DOSSIER: Another AI tool in action, and it can see the future! Well, not exactly. However, it is a brilliant piece of kit that detects user behaviour. Subsequently, it can tell the casino when to promptly offer players tailored promo deals. It uses the player’s potential lifetime value (LTV) as a barometer to decide on the offer presented to casino and sports book members.
  • SOFTSWISS Sportsbook: There’s more high-tech AI in action Over the solution provider’s online sports book aggregator platform. The system detects sports content bettors are most interested in and delivers related sports events info to the member. This gives the bettor a unique and personalised experience.

My View: Scary stuff! It is excellent for the operators and players alike. Let’s hope Sam Altman isn’t correct and the theorists are right. I am sure it will be somewhere in the middle. However, it does look like SOFTSWISS is using AI in sync with its employees in the anti-fraud department, so great news there.

Soft2Bet Aggregator Platform Lands a Greek Licensing Cert

After a successful iGB L!ve appearance Soft2Bet has made its way into the Greek iGaming market after gaining a 7-year-long Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC) licensing. The licensing is for the B2B supply of its online casino and sports betting aggregator platform solutions and is an A1 licensing cert.

Not only does this mean Greek operators can now consider using the Soft2Bet online gambling entertainment solutions, but existing operators using its platforms can also apply for and target the Greek iGaming and online sports betting market.

David Yatom, Soft2Bet’s General Counsel, said: As we forge ahead, Soft2Bet remains committed to delivering the best possible experience for our partners and end-users.
