It is a double whammy of news from OnAir Entertainment after a quiet start to 2023.

The former Microgaming offshoot, now a Games Global partner, has released a new Dragon Tiger title at the same time as it celebrates a new LeoVegas partnership.

Oddly enough, news of the LeoVegas partnership sits at the top of OnAir Entertainment’s news column, while the announcement of the brand-new Dragon Tiger is yet to hit its headlines, but a recent report from Games Global did give up the information. There’s more about the new Blazing Dragon Tiger live dealer game and its release date below.

As for the licenced versions of the LeoVegas platform OnAir Entertainment games will feature, both companies operate under the UKGC and MGA, so players from Canada, India, Ireland, New Zealand and the Republic of Ireland will all have access to software provider’s growing collection of live casino games.

LeoVegas Partnership Take OnAir Entertainment Sky High!

Perhaps one of the most prestigious online casinos in the UK and across global markets with access to online gambling platforms with Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) licensing, LeoVegas is quite the catch.

For LeoVegas, having OnAir Entertainment on board means the platform’s bigwigs feel the live dealer software provider has what it takes to become of the greats of the live casino. Furthermore, the B2B supply deal brings together two brands that feature regularly at events that dish out iGaming awards.

LeoVegas is already on the Global Gaming Awards and International Gaming Awards shortlists. And as you can see from our Leo Vegas live review, the casino has plenty of awards. Looking at it, those lists of awards need an update as the platform added many more last year. As does the software provider’s list now On Air Entertainment joins Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Playtech live at the casino.

I logged into my LeoVegas account to confirm the addition of OnAir Entertainment and the new Blazing Dragon Tiger table. Good news! I not only found OnAir, but I also came across the Dragon Tiger table.

Live Dealer Brands now at LeoVegas: OnAir Entertainment, Pragmatic Play Live, Playtech Live, Evolution, BetGames and Ezugi. Quite the list of software providers. FYI – you can play any of these games using CAD, GBP, EUR, INR, or NZD and claim live casino bonus offers. Some with 0x wagering!

OnAir Entertainment Releases New Live Blazing Dragon Tiger Table!

The tenth live casino game to hit the OnAir Entertainment portfolio is here bringing the brand into double figures. Blazing Dragon Tiger brings a toned-down version of Baccarat to the live dealer scene. It is effectively a simple game of hi-lo.

How to play Blazing Dragon Tiger:

  • Bet on Dragon: Win 1:1 on your bet when your Dragon card is higher than the Tiger card
  • Bet on Tiger: Win 1:1 on your bet when your Tiger card is higher than the Dragon card
  • Tie Bets: There are various payouts depending on the result of the tie between the Dragon and Tiger cards
  • Side Bets: Choose from 9 side bet options!

What are the tie bet payouts?

  • Dragon or Tiger Tie: 11:1 (89.64% RTP)
  • Suited Tie: 50:1 (86.02% RTP)

More features:

  • No Queues: All this comes with ‘unlimited’ technology in place, so no matter which live casino you play the Blazing Dragon Tiger variant, you will always find a seat.
  • 500 Hand Probability Meter: On top of this, the game comes with a special meter that shows you the probability of which bets will win according to the last 500 hands. That’s a neat piece of info if you are one for variance and probabilities.
  • Road Maps: For those of you that are familiar with Baccarat, you are probably used to road maps by now. The Blazing Dragon Tiger road map shows results patterns from previous betting rounds with an emphasis on winning as well as losing streaks. This includes hot and cold numbers!

What are the Nine Blazing Dragon Tiger Side Bets?

Another impressive feature of Blazing Dragon Tiger is the side bet options. There are nine options in total starting with the ‘Suited Tie’.

  • Suited Tie Side Bet: If you bet this option and both cards on the Dragon and Tiger are the same suit, you win 1:1.

These four bets actually make up a total of eight betting options because they are on both sides. For example, you could bet on Dragon Red or Tiger Even. You can also bet on both if you wish. For instance, Red Tiger and Red Dragon side bets simultaneously.

  • Red: Win 1:1 (even odds) on your bet if a card with ‘Diamonds’ or ‘Hearts’ hits
  • Even: Win 1:1 (even odds) on your bet if a 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or Q hits
  • Black: Win 1:1 (even odds) on your bet if a card with ‘Spades’ or ‘Clubs’ hits
  • Tiger Odd: Win 1:1 (even odds) on your bet if an A, 3, 5, 9, J or K hits

7 is a dud card? To give the house a slight edge, the 7 on these side bets is a dud meaning if it hits, you lose. Much like odd/even, high/low, and black/red bets in roulette where the zero is a dud number.
