Numerous New Releases Joins Dragon Tiger

April just got a lot more exciting thanks to news that Pragmatic Play’s Dragon Tiger joins an extensive list of new live casino content coming our way! Not wanting Evolution, Playtech Live, and Authentic Gaming to steal all the headlines, the leading live casino development firm has come up with a soon-to-be-released live title of its own!

Set to go live on April 28, that game is Pragmatic Play’s take on the popular Asian card game called Dragon Tiger. Originally from Cambodia and designed for Baccarat connoisseurs, this game is essentially a simpler version of Baccarat that uses 1 card per hand rather than 2. The only other major differences include the ‘Dragon and ‘Tiger’ replacing the ‘Banker’ and ‘Player’, and different odds.

Pragmatic Play Live is a company that, in equal measure, makes headlines for creating cutting-edge casino games and forging new partnerships! Aside from announcing top new titles such as Dragon Tiger and ONE Blackjack in recent weeks, the company has forged several new partnerships with online casinos, and another with the White Hat Gaming aggregation platform.

Note: Dragon Tiger will become the latest live title released by Pragmatic Play Live since the early March launch of ONE Blackjack. That followed the excellent Mega Roulette at the end of February.

Dragon Tiger Joins Growing List of Upcoming Live Casino Titles

This release may not have the sexiness of the recently announced upcoming releases of Gonzo’s Gonzo’s Treasure Hunt™ Live by Evolution or the very recently teased Age of the Gods™: Spin a Win by Playtech, but it is a popular table game which Pragmatic Play Live is yet to host.

The likes of Evolution, Ezugi, BetConstruct, and Playtech Live host renditions of Dragon Tiger, and it is clear that Pragmatic Play Live now wants to join the party with its version of the simple but enjoyable card game. The company is yet to release details on what to expect from the title, so it is difficult to make comparisons at this point.

Knowing Pragmatic Play Live, the title will offer something different compared to the variations offered by competitors. The variations produced by other leading live casino manufacturers all differ in some way. Dragon Tiger by Evolution gives players an elevated 11:1 tie bet and a side bet which offers odds of 50:1. Playtech’s version, on the other hand, pays 10:1 on the side bet but also includes a few lucrative side bets.

Pragmatic Play and Others Churning Out Slots Too!

Widely recognised as one of the most prolific casino software development companies, Pragmatic Play averages five new casino releases a month. With the scheduled release of Dragon Tiger, it means the company has released three new titles for the month of April so far. Currently halfway through the month, that puts Pragmatic Play right on course to hit that average again. The other two titles, two slots, are already in the online casinos.

Power of Thor Megaways, Pragmatic Play’s seventh slot to contain the ‘Megaways’ random reel modifier game mechanic, is particularly popular right now. It offers up to 117,649 ways to win thanks to that mechanic, an unlimited progressive multiplier feature, and some fabulous graphics and animations. That slot followed the release of Wild Booster, another entertaining title which this time boasts 20-pay lines, multipliers, and wild boost multipliers.

There have been multiple slot releases from other developers too. Microgaming already released the Sherlock & Moriarty WowPot slot last week, and the software provider followed up that news with the recent announcement that two more progressive jackpot titles will hit the online casinos in April. In fact, there have been numerous announcements from leading slot developers such as Wazdan, Gameart, and Leander Games, among others, about upcoming titles set for release this month.
