If you live in a country that accepts MGA licensed online casinos and iGaming development companies, hold on to your hat, as you will soon have direct access to a brand new live casino developer. Stakelogic Live has revealed that it has been issued a license by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), which means the firm is now licensed to operate in all jurisdictions that accept MGA licensing.

Although the company has only just entered the live casino space and offers just four titles so far, this is a major step on the path to success.

The list of countries that accept MGA licensing includes Ireland, the Netherlands, India, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, Malta, Norway, and Finland. The license means that Stakelogic Live can now enter into negotiations with potential European-based online casinos that also hold licensing from the MGA. As we revealed just a couple of weeks ago, Stakelogic Live already has a deal in place with Kansino, a leading online casino based in and licensed by the newly regulated Netherlands.

Stakelogic Live has started with the basics by developing some of the most common live casino games first. The firm currently offers 4 titles; American Blackjack, European Roulette, Classic Baccarat, and Auto Roulette. Delivered from a brand new studio in Malta and hosted by professionally trained dealers, those titles should now pop up at casinos around Europe and other regions that accept MGA licensing.

With Staeklogic already holding licenses from the UKGC (UK Gambling Commission), Greece, Ukraine, and Romania, gaining a MGA license always looked a forgone conclusion. Stakelogic is an established iGaming developer that has only just started to focus on the live casino secotor.

The Backstory of Stakelogic Live: A Live Brand Destined for Big Things in the Live Casino Sphere!

Stakelogic Live is the live casino arm of Stakelogic, a provider that previously focused on developing virtual slots and table games. However, the firm announced that it was entering the live casino sphere back in June 2021. By the middle of October the same year, the firm had launched its new Malta-based studio where it would live-stream its currently small selection of live titles.

Following a huge recruitment drive and attaining ISO 27001 accreditation, Stakelogic Live was ready to start its live casino adventure by the start of 2022. The firm quickly set its eyes on the Dutch market by putting in place deals with Kansino and BetCity to provide each platform with access to its live casino games, complete with Dutch-speaking live dealers and croupiers.

With the news that Stakelogic Live is now MGA-licensed, we are sure the development company will now put more focus on developing new titles for its portfolio of live titles. It will be interesting to follow Stakelogic and the path that the firm takes. Will the development company stick to classic table games or will it put some focus on creating innovative live gameshows?

As fans of live casino games, the emergence of brands such as this one, On Air Entertainment, SwinttLive, Beter, and EGT Interactive bodes well for the quality and quantity of live casino titles we can look forward to in the future.

Stakelogic’s CEO Stephen van den Oetelaar released a statement in which he was understandably thrilled for Stakelogic to take this next big step. In particular, he was pleased the firm could now offer its content in the Netherlands, a country the firm has always proved successful in the past.
