Just a day after we revealed the iGaming firms recognised at the 2023 International Awards, we're back to do the same for yet another major iGaming award ceremony, the 2023 Global Gaming Awards.
Both events took place on the 6th of February in London. The Global Gaming Awards was held at the Hippodrome Casino in Leicester Square, while the 2023 IGA event took place at the Savoy Hotel just a couple of miles away.
The 2023 event became the sixth occasion the Global Gaming Awards has taken place. In 2022, winners included Evolution, NetEnt, SOFTSWISS, and LeoVegas. As you will see in our full list of awards below, two of those brands also earned awards this time around as well.
A Big Day for Multiple iGaming Brands
As ever, the 2023 Global Gaming Awards attracted many of the biggest firms in the online gambling industry. There were software developers, online casino and sportsbook operators, affiliates, payment solutions, and more. They were in attendance to network and to discover which brands went home with an award that recognised their excellence in the iGaming industry throughout the last year.
There were 16 categories in total, with each awarding a winner and Silver and Bronze awards. Among the winners this time around were LeoVegas, Pragmatic Play, SOFTSWISS, Trustly, BetConstruct, Light & Wonder, Relax Gaming, and the Hippodrome Casino.

2023 Global Gaming Awards – Winners in Full
I have to admit I like the way the Global Gaming Awards also offer Silver and Bronze awards in each category. It means that other brands that just missed out on the main award still get to go home with something. Plus, it is no mean feat to make the shortlist in the first place, and all firms that were up for awards can be proud of themselves. The iGaming industry gets more competitive as each year passes, which just pushes these firms to continuously up their games. With the 2023 London Global Gaming Awards now out of the way, attention turns to the Las Vegas and Asia legs of this iGaming award ceremony. The Las Vegas event is likely to take place in October while the Asia dates are yet to be announced. Additionally, the award will continue to come in February as there are still the EGR Nordics Awards and EKG Slot Awards to look forward to. Plus, if you were in town for the Global Gaming Awards, you might want to scoot over to the ICE London 2023 exhibition, which is still ongoing.
