Pragmatic Play Live, the recent winner of the ‘Live Casino of the Year’ award at the 2022 IGA Awards, has revealed its latest partnership with a South African casino operator. This time the rapidly-expanding firm has struck an agreement with the popular Goldrush.co.za online sports betting, casino, and bingo platform.

As a result, members at Goldrush will now have access to Pragmatic’s full collection of award-winning live casino titles, including the Sweet Bonanza CandyLand live gameshow, Mega Wheel, ONE Blackjack, and Mega Roulette. Furthermore, the agreement extends to the developer’s wide range of video slots such as its flagship title Wolf Gold, latest release Chicken Chase, Slot of the Year, Gates of Olympus, and dozens more.

Pragmatic Play has put a lot of focus on the South African market in recent months. This latest partnership follows a similar deal in February with CDP Gaming Technologies that saw the live suppliers live casino games and slots feature at the popular South African brand, Yesplay. That agreement allowed the leading live supplier to get its foot in the door of a nation that is notoriously difficult to access.

Of course, many South Africans will have known Pragmatic Play well already. Players in the region have access to all Malta Gaming Authority licensed casinos and many will already offer the leading suppliers array of casino content. That said, these latest partnerships will allow South Africans to play the brand’s titles on platforms delivered by domestic providers.

As well as having access to the vast portfolio of titles that Pragmatic Play already boasts, players at the casino will also get to enjoy a constant stream of new quality content each month. The developer releases up to 6 new video slots each month while also regularly creating innovating new live casino games.

Senior Employees Show Delight at Securing Strategic Content Partnership with Pragmatic Play

Any platform that could now supply its loyal players with the quality casino games developed by Pragmatic Play would obviously be delighted. However, for a local operator in the South African market, the news is huge. The Goldrush Group is one of the largest gaming operators in the country and it boasts two decades of experience serving the nation with quality gambling services and solutions. Aside from the Goldrush online casino, the group operates 35 online bingo sites and 60 land-based sports betting outlets.

Speaking of this mutually beneficial partnership, Goldrush CEO, Mergan Naidoo said:

It was an easy and natural decision to collaborate with one of the industry’s household names. We‘re confident of a successful ongoing relationship that will benefit both parties. Pragmatic Play will expand its presence across South Africa and we will impress our players with top quality live casino games.

The Managing Director at Goldrush, Dwain Powell, also chimed in:

This partnership marks a proud moment for Goldrush as it gives our customers access to the best live casino games that have proved successful all over the globe. Our players now have access to a truly world-class product that will provide entertainment and engagement.

It looks like 2022 is going to prove another big year for Pragmatic Play in all of its verticals. The firm is constantly forming new content partnerships, pushing into new markets, and developing innovative new content. Plus, not only does the iGaming giant supply live casino games and virtual slots, but has recently started providing a bespoke sportsbook for its customers to take advantage of. It has become a complete iGaming solution in most major verticals, and a multi-award-winning one at that!
